Refund & Returns.

We take great pride in the quality of our goods here at ModaBlak. We hope you love all of the items we offer as much as we love the process of getting them to you. In the event that something did not work out, please contact us immediately to initialize a return. We process returns within 3 days of in person purchases or 3 days within delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. The return will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds can be issued to the original payment method or in the form of a store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and return approval is subject to condition of item received. To help facilitate the process, we are happy to organize a return label or freight pick up; the difference will be deducted from the balance of the return.
